Sole Proprietor

With one owner, this is the most common form of business in the United States of America. Profits and losses are reported on your personal income tax returns. We will help prepare your Form 1040 Schedule C which will declare your income and expenses for the year.

Partnerships

Most states define a partnership as occurring when two or more individuals engage collectively in an activity with an expectation of generating income. The partnership itself does not pay taxes. Instead the taxation flows to owner level. We will help you prepare form Schedule K-1 of Form 1065.

C Corporations

Taxable entities that are separate and distinct from their owners. We will prepare form 1120 for your company. We will also help prepare your Schedule B of Form 1040 if you received dividends from your company.

S Corporations

S Corporation is a corporation with the tax characteristics similar to that of a partnership. This conduit entity’s income flows through to its shareholders for taxation. We will prepare the Schedule K-1 of Form 1120S.

Limited Liability Corporation

This business organization combines the corporate characteristic of limited liability with the conduit tax treatment of partnerships or sole proprietorship. You may also choose to be treated as a corporation and file a Form 1120.
